_____________ IMPORTANT POST ____________________________

I think I have underestimated the interest in the warrant conversions. I am being over run with Email, PM's and Phone calls so I will post, what every shareholder needs to know, about converting the warrants.
You may print this and send it to you broker, when you are ready to convert any warrants or for your own future reference.

1. Many Brokers are telling their clients these are restricted shares. Technically they are right, these Warrants were never meant for public trading, they are private issues from CVIA to the shareholders of record 6/1/98. It's a big difference between private and restricted. You can redeem the warrants any time between now and 6/1/99. After 6/1/99 these warrants will expire with no value.

2. Any warrants exchanged will receive non restricted and registered common shares.

3. To execute the warrants from street accounts, the broker will need to send the warrants and information to our Transfer Agent. Oxford Transfer in Portland OR. The broker or their clearing house should have the address.

4. Any person holding the warrant certificates can also send the certificate and payment to the Transfer Agent or Directly to CVIA and we will handle the details for you…. But Be advised it is much faster to go directly to the Transfer Agent.
