Innotrac Corporation Announces Appointment of Stephen J. Walden as Vice President for E-Commerce
Veteran of Telecommunications, Cable and Internet Industries
ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 4, 1999--Innotrac Corporation (Nasdaq/NM:INOC - news) today announced that Stephen J. Walden has joined the firm as head of the Company's Electronic Commerce (E-Commerce) efforts. He will report to Scott Dorfman, chairman, president and chief executive officer.

Mr. Walden comes to Innotrac from Premiere Technologies where he was senior vice president for Internet strategy, responsible for managing a new, Internet-based product line integrating telephony services with Internet technology. Prior to Premiere, he was vice president of content and commerce for BellSouth.net, a subsidiary of BellSouth, where he established BellSouth in a variety of new businesses encompassing web hosting, e-commerce and content. Previously Mr. Walden was president of Walden Associates, a consulting group dedicated to helping companies determine strategies to compete with new media and new technology. Clients included IBM, General Instrument Corporation, Netcom and Continential Cablevision/US West. Before launching his own business, he was marketing director and later executive director of the Prodigy Services Company, where he was instrumental in the launch of the Prodigy service, the nation's first consumer interactive service. Earlier in his career, he pioneered interactive television for Warner Amex Cable Communications, cable services for Time Inc.'s Manhattan Cable TV, and pay television for Home Box Office.
Mr. Walden received his bachelor degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his masters degree from Columbia University.
Innotrac, headquartered in the Atlanta metro area, is a full-service provider of customized, technology-based marketing support services, including product and literature distribution, computerized inventory and database management and teleservices.
