Jeff,
IFMX releases this "We're beating Oracle" bit and they get beaten down 2 points today. What does it all mean?

IMO, IFMX's claims are puzzling. This type of hiring happens all the time in the industry and all employees are employed at will. To block them from referring friends and ex co-workers is petty. To admonish ORCL for "buying" employees and therefore the inherent knowledge is ludicrous. It's like Boston Market suing McDonald's for hiring Boston Market trained workers or the Orlando Magic suing the Lakers for stealing their Orlando trained superstar Shaq. Intellectual property is patented. If ORCL infringes on IFMX patents then they can cry foul. IFMX's current actions are infringing on the free market rights of their lost employees. As an IFMX shareholder, I wish they would just solve the problem at hand, i.e. employee compensation and employee equity vesting, rather than releasing "anti-ORCL" rhetoric that gets re-interpreted as "IFMX is weak". Just my 2 cents.
