The press releases have nothing to do with the downgrade. Anytime Oracle can announce a deal with a major, well known company, they do. If they sold one of their applications products to your local car dealership, they would issue a press release. Check on any of the web news services. Oracle probably has between 6 and 12 of these announcements on a typical week. -Michael
