Is QTR any worse off than a year ago (.80-.90)? In fact they have held their ground despite a terrible market, still got JV's with billion dollar market cap companies, and have a great history over the past 10 years of market movement. I would say, the very ones that are knocking QTR right now, may be the very ones buying. Then again, I could be wrong on this one but at .50 I will add to my .25 , .38 and .58 position and wait for some good holes in a proven area.
Look at ARP with approx the same number of shares o/s. It would not surprise me to see Barrick and Newmont positioning over QTR soon. Be assured, the biggest wants to get bigger!
