Well let's take look at the bottom line -- if they sell the XLCT, they will realize more real asset value and put more cash back into the company. INET is clearly concern with the 50% drop in their stock today and wants to do something to bring the stock back to its intrinic value. That's why they put out the news release. I read this as a _good_ sign. Why would this be bad? You don't think the company will nail their own coffin, do you? I mean, blood was _already_ flowing everywhere. One insider owns 3M shares. I don't think he's too happy today. B-) Expect the stock to react favorably when it opens Monday.
