To be trading at $1.00 as you estimate, and using a reasonable market multiple of 15x (slightly below market due to lack of liquidity and Market Cap), the company would need earnings per share of $0.07. With 110M shares outstanding, this would require after tax earnings in the range of $7.5M, or before tax earning in excess of $10M. With the margins they are currently realizing, revenues would need to be over $100M.
