Jim, QTR is certainly a valid speculation. No doubt about that. And for those who prefer to speculate on hope of a discovery rather than invest in value, I have to say that QTR was at the top of the list when it was near $0.25. At $0.50, it is a bit expensive, but still a reasonable speculation. CC Watching!
