www.skyreport.com mentioned today that Primestar may be sold to GMH or Echostar (DISH). Given the facts that GMH is merging with USSB and DISH is working on deal with NWS, it is unlikely anything will happen between Primestar and those two companies before their current deals closed. But in light of Direct TV combining with USSB and DISH buying NWS/MCI asset, it seems to me DOJ WILL NOT block Primestar offer high power service at 119 this time. If Primestar can get approve from DOJ, they are ready to go. This event alone should be enough to drive TSATA price back to $5-$6 range. Did Primestar already filed application to offer service at 119 to DOJ? Anyone know anything about DOJ's decision?

Why Bond holders file law suit at this time? Why they make it public before the suit actually get filed? Do they smell something?
