I'm guessing it folks like me speculating on BOSTQ's reorganization plans. They'll have to announce something sometime, and if they successfully create a business model which takes them out of bankruptcy and back to the NASDAQ, then $.40 per share will, in retrospect, have been a very attractive entry point for any investor in this company.

Speculation is the name of the game. Fundamentals need not apply.
