I have not bought in awhile. I held shares as high as 17.5 from the last time it ran over 20 and then got crushed by the ORCL news. My cost basis is just over 10 right now (I sold some at 24- accounted for it by taking my high priced stuff out for tax purposes...)

Anyway, you can find a listing of insider sales at the Yahoo stock quote site. Almost the entire senior management team filed "planned sales" but people have not actually pulled the trigger. I did notice that a "sale" is listed differently from a "planned sale" so I am eagerly waiting to see when the "sales" start popping up.

I agree with you on their lead, but complacency leads to death in technology. There are a handful of small to medium companies looking to knock RATL off its perch. So I am hoping that analysts will ask Levy what his strategic plans are for the coming years (3 to 5 years out). That is what I am looking for now b/c they have the next 3 pretty much locked up.
