Trevor--

I agree with your fine points about the IFMX press release. They seem petty to me--no basis or ground for a lawsuit. I think the press and the lawsuit for that matter are in regards to these individuals going to ORCL and intrducing IFMXs ideas and IFMXs game plans. I think there is a huge battle brewing between IFMX and ORCL and both claim to be the leader in the universal server (they are even fighting over this name!) field. ORCL says IFMX is way behind them, yet IFMX blasts back saying ORCLs system 8 is running behind schedule.

From a stock perspective, I like IFMX much better. ORCL is in a severe downtrend--today even busting thru the $40 barrier to hit a low of $39 1/8--closing $39 5/8 x 3/4 on 11.9 Millon shares. ORCL just gets cheaper everyday.

IFMX, however, held the $24 offer all week long until yesterday at 3:00 when--as you know--the market turned south fast. Todays action was a continuation of that selloff--the down price in IFMX was not due to the press release but rather due to the market conditions, Nasdaq down 14.55 and the DJIA down 59.27. I was a buyer of IFMX today simply because it has made a nice run from the 20s up to 24 and its decline into the 21 area again presented a buying opportunity for me. I think this position will begin to uptick as soon as the dust settles over and the market stabalizes into a trading range.

Thanks for you post,
Jeff.
