I talked to the company yesterday about the expectations for contracts - they expect at least one in January or early February. The CRIM report is probably waiting on more data from product testing.

Peter was contacted by Compaq who is interested in joining the MIAMI project. This could be just so that they can participate in sales into Europe or could develop into wider-spread adoption of the delSecur product. Who knows at this point - it's only at the discussion stage with no agreements or letters of intent in place yet.

Peter said that the manufactured cost of the delSecur device will be $25-$30 per module in quantity. He thinks that it can be gotten down to in the area of $10 several years from now if manufactured in China in high quantity. The cost obviously needs to be low to address the cellular phone and other high-volume markets.

I don't think the cliate for small cap stocks is that good but an announcement of an agreement will lift DGER. The price now is very attractive.
