Level 2 shows all the stock on the bid and the ask. NRAG isn't ready to explode. There is 20K bid by 4MM's (5K each) at .07, 10K on the ask at 9 with 2 MM's (5K each) and another 10K at .10 with 2 MM's. At .11 there is only 5K with one MM.

We will need a lot more volume to make a move.
