Coby, Ditto on all my trips. At Circus City, none of the sales people spoke English all that well. When I asked whether a certain computer had a word processing system included with its package, one answered, "you don't know?" <G> Another at Best Buy told me about rebates for enrolling with an internet provider. The form he showed me had already expired. At Incompetent USA, they avoid me since my problems year before last with my Compaq box. I guess I was a bit threatening at the time, as I am flanked by security when I walk in the store.

One thing I hate is the concept at Best Buy and Walmart that all their customers are thieves. You have to get magic marker on your receipt and they check your packages on the way out. I would never shop at either place for that reason alone. But, since they are doing well, I suppose a lot of folks don't mind being treated like criminals. However, if I could get Victoria's Secret to do a strip search, I would be there twice a day. <G>
