I think they can only convert 1/3 a year if goes over a dollar so dilution will be small. I hope to be long gone by then! For a dollar to happen, a lot of things have to come together for MDIN. If these things come to together-there is no reason not to believe it will blast right by $1 on it way up to $4+ range which is MDIN's goal in order to get listed on the NASDAQ.
