to all: Still trying to find a link to the webtv news as of 4:33pm est the ftel web site does not show any info.on this. Was this an e-mail from franklin to certain shareholders or was this on some wire service? I've search all the services I have access to except bloomberg and can't find a thing. Would appreciate a reply or a link thanks
