I think the company can delay the conversion for 2 years. The number
of shares a stockholder can buy (it is $1) is probably based on
how many stockholders want and how many shares each owns, on a
proportional basis, i.e. the more shares you own and the fewer
shareholders wanting to buy, the more you will be entitled to
buy, in my opinion. The date, subject to shareholder approval
among other things, that the deal will be made, will be sometime
in February.
