Many successful companies like AMAZON were start ups, and built from the ground up with founders shares this way. The core has not sold a share. This is a quote from Daniel: "I have not sold any shares. Dror Trust has not sold any shares. Elk International has not sold any shares. Not a single share. The 20,000 shares filed by Dror were a transfer, not a sell. Under the rules of the SEC, a transfer must be recorded as a "sell". The market has reacted positively to the financials.
