Hello Tulvio, Bill Clinton screwed-up royally an important foreign policy issue, because he used the Desert Fox as pressure valve. Sadam Hussein is up and kicking, He fires daily on US planes and makes mockery out of Bill Clinton and his "wishy-washy" foreign policy. The North Koreans know that US Goverrnemnt has no-forgien policy, so they will be testing US resolves by fireing missles over Japan, and possiblly attacking the South Korea by the end of this year! Why not, after all they know that the man in the White House has more interest in oral-sex and saving his political corrier than leading a supper power such as United States. Don't hold your breath for Europeans taking any steps. Today Europe is led by the Socialits and ex-Commuisnts. Nato is headed by by a Spaniard, Salanas that admittedly is an ex-communist. There is no political will to tackle the problems. Here we like to postpone instead of solving problems. It took US troops to bring peace to Bosnia not dope smoking Dutch blue hemted UN troops. This is the reason the world needs a powerful democracy such as United States to lead. God forbid, if it wasn't becaseu of the US, today Europe would have been a Soviet Satelite, at the best. Down here people have short memories. From end of March on you can visit Italy and Umbria in particular. Veneto will also be pleasnt from the end of March. As for myself, I am heading for Palm Beach next week for some warmer weather and unfrozen fairways. Alex
