if i am not mistaken i think 4 3/4 is an important price, not only because it is 3 3/4 above the low, but because of the formula with that price involving the reg d guys, seems that we will not be hit with stock from them at that price or above quite so readily, anyone have the details. also sure sounds like there is something brewing, would they be hiring an account manager without any accounts to handle; I doubt it. Thirdly, need some help to kick myself in the ass for not buying below $2/sh.
