12:44 [SIA] NYSE HALT SIGNAL APPAREL - REUTERS. for those who are really fast at buying and selling. IF the news for the halt is good news ... then it good go into "play" must be ready to push buy with a limit order (???) maybe this chart is primed for a run .... IF the halt news is good. personally I know nothing about this company ... it is a tic play only last 1 3/8 intraday chart giving a buy signal at this price.
