From 12/16 news release: "[Selecting an accounting firm] will benefit us now and in the near future, as we have a tight schedule to become a reporting company early in 1999." The 1/15 date was not obtained from Sigmund. It was from the guy who made a post over on Yahoo! He predicted (based on talking to Tom) the 12/16 news release a week before it came out, so he could be right on about the 1/15 date. -JD
