I'm confused! PJTV says their new DHT is not subject to the on going litigation with Dolgoff. However, in the original press release yesterday Dolgoff"s lawyer stated one of the patents at issue is a key patent in the companies Digital Home Theater. How and when can we find out exactly what patents are at issue and will they affect the planned product introduction. In my oppinion this confusion is what pounded the stock today. Does anyone have the correct information we need?
