To all: Message from Kent Kappen: In answer to my confusion about testing of chips in quarter 2 for SMSC and ITE vs. the statement in the Sigma announcement that said Sigma chip prototypes can be sampled in quarter 3, Kent said: "We will have sample I/O-EMBASSY chips in Q-2 from SMSC, and initial prototypes of the Sigma boards in Q-3. This will make it the first available motherboard with EMBASSY. Now remember that the Hauppauge will still be the first device to have it, but that's just one product whereas Sigma's may be dozens"...... Off to a great year, Kent.
