I just called RTEC and spoke with John Rascoe 512-436-2121, current athoritative manager regarding financials as the last CFO's last day on the job was last week. I was advised that the quarterly financials are correctly scheduled for release Feb. 07, and a conference call to analysts and board members will occur that same day. I was told this is not a "delay", that the January 23rd release was a mistake in communications, and it is business as usual as it can be as the company is working with contracted fiscal agents to prepare the report during this period of change. Expect to possibly hear first hand from Mr. Rascoe here at Silicon Investor, he expressed an interest in posting here from time to time.
