Y'know John, the best thing the US could do is wind down its activities in the Baltic regions. The place is a morass and its Europe's responsibility in the first place. Let the European community REALLY show us the stuff their made of and let them handle it. That would be the best thing that could happen for the dollar as we unveil the paper tiger that the Euro really is. And it would get the Russians off our backs and on theirs. Regards, Ron
