My gut feel is that some of the release of downward pressure probably is related to the "floorless issue", but that it relates to activities by others than the much-maligned investors; specifically, by those called to the trough by the smell of the much-advertised death spiral - one of conjecture and speculation, the inordinate discussion of which becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

IMHO that this stock's price will surely go up and go down, but it would not seem from today's events that there is anything to indicate that it is being maneuvered by either the company or the preferred investors themselves.
