Well, there is no doubt it wasn't handled properly. You are required to take what was done, not what was reported. Thus, I think you are obliged to take the trade, no matter how poorly the firm handled it. Certain firms handle it different. We proboably would have eaten the worst of the pieces...yet, legally, I think they are on the up and up...as for the other stories about times and sales, fills, etc....if it smells, looks and walks like a horse...regards,
