Larry, Couldn't disagree with you more. I watched the trading on a real time basis today, all trades took place at the bid. On the bulletin board, the quote changes first, then the market maker enters the trade. I'm not able to spend much time here, but I continue to lurk, and find all the recent posts to be amusing. Just to eliminate any doubt in your mind, I am short this security, and have no plans to cover. Tell you what, let's just start with one point, and when we clarify this point, I'll move on to another aspect: as you are likely aware, the last press release did say that the company has "entered into an agreement to acquire worldwide patent rights covering a unique proprietary technology to convert waste oil.....". I have gone to the following URL, a very professional and thorough site, which lets you search and view patent documents from the U.S. and Europe as well as patent applications published by the World Intellectual Property Office (WIPO):
patents.ibm.com
I have searched under the names Comgen, Rzazewski, and Jeffries (the inventors), and each search has come up with nothing. No patents, nor any applications currently being processed. As Rzazewski and Jeffries are the inventors, according to the company release, I can't quite understand why their names would not come up in a search. I will be most happy to continue discussing this company, and the various aspects that I find highly suspect, but first I want answers to my first question: why no patent filings? And please don't tell me to phone investor relations, I don't accept information from people paid by a company. This should be simple information which you can provide for me. Please let me know what you can find out about this matter, and then we can continue our discussion. BTW, as a result of their chosen investment style, shortsellers take more risk than longs, and consequently do much more research.
