I really find it hard to believe that they could let something like this linger and not have settled this years ago...Give him some stock etc. For an r&d company no problem but to pump in millions in purchases from TI and have deals lined up to NOT KNOW whether they are completely clean on patent issues is INCREDIBLE. I hope THEY know if they are clean..because according to their statement the Digital Home Theatre was developed after Dolgoff left and was probably the reason they went with Texas Instruments so there could be no problems... but whether anything else like optics or anything is clean or tainted I sure hope they know. I kind of had a feeling he would try and firebomb this but it is the company's obligation to know beyond a shadow of a doubt whether there could be ANY grounds for a problem and then not to proceed or fix the problem before going to the next step...... The guy invented the depixalization process in the LCD projector so then the question is whether what the company says that he signed making all property the companies (that was their early explanation) really valid or in this product does he have a seperate claim. It would be simple to ascess normal royalties from this product whether it ever took off and then give him an appropriate amount of stock or something like that but to leave this thing hanging even if it doesn't involve DHT is incredible... And if there is any question as to whether it involves DHT then that is beyond belief
