I sold in the low 40's fearing further correction back before the recovery. I want back in, but not at these prices.

If we correct again, the high P/E stocks will be first hit, and hit hard. The upside without significant earnings growth over time has to be limited, while the downside is more likely. If/when HD gets back to P/Es in the 40s, which is still lofty, then I'm back in.
