Obviously QTR doesn't merit your investment $$'ers. >>

Mon ami Barry,

Simply because QTR has high potential and the risk has been getting lower since the surge of late November.

When QTR was trading below $0.30 last summer it was a value as the price was supported by the cash in the bank. I missed it then. But if it gets back below $0.40, I'll get in.

In the same manner, if QTR had announced great results Monday, I would have buy.

IOW, I am on this thread because I am searching for value. I am on several other threads for the same reason.

Is that answer good for you ?

<< Over here the Queen offers a 100 to 300 percent return.>>

The truth is that there are several juniors offering that same potential with much lesser risk than QTR had when it traded above $0.60. Now it it is heading to $0.40 or possibly lower depending on the next sequence of events, it is again approaching the bargain category.
