Yahoo offers closing stock prices for all US and Canadian stocks for free. quote.yahoo.com Set up a portfolio or two or three and at the end of the portfolio will be the option to download spreadsheet format. Although you can write up a program yourself to parse the data into individual stock files. For VSE quotes go to the VSE's FTP site and download the daily quote file at "ftp.vse.ca" CL
