I think you are wrong. Whether or not you like the food you
can't argue with the kinds of crowds they have been getting
at their stores. While I thought that the liquor was kind of
expensive, I saw lots and lots of it being sold while people
waited for their tables.

Download the prospectus from their web site. Look at their
numbers per store and see how they have been growing. They
seem to be careful about where they open new stores and each
new store is pretty busy.
