Barton Biggs also said short the Blue Chips. My jaw almost hit my desk. Big brokerage heavies do not say "short" they say hold, or increase cash. My broker's principal said Barton Biggs has been wrong for five years. My guy and his boss are former Dean Witter agents whose reactions are probably colored to some extent. Bill Peavey
