HI Andrew, About your question last night concerning D TECH........ D TECH is probably a firm that was hired by the law firm (who is representing Mr. Hirsch) that did the actual filing of the 13D. Most likely D TECH is a company that specializes in filing documents with the SEC. Hope this helps. John
