Lewis-- I can't really answer your question (not being coy: I don't know the answer, though PJ claims he had nothing whatsoever to do with the development of Home Theater). But as I understand it, Dolgoff originally brought suit on the grounds on wrongful termination, or whatever the proper phrase is: he was fired. In part, at least, for alleged sexual harrassment. Which wasn't just a pat on the tush, I'm told. Sounds like a pretty unpleasant person. Now trying to get his own back by making trouble, or at least trying to. My guess is he'll lose out in the end.
