MileHigh, I also heard Barton Biggs. When he was asked what his best move right now would be in the market, he said he would be shorting the big-cap stocks. I hope he has a lot of capital to lose. Maybe his home/ranch in Montana. Sue Herrara's mouth dropped open and looked incredulous but she bit her tongue and didn't say anything. This guy has been on the wrong side of the market for years now. He is a remnant of a previous investing generation. He always has his seemingly valid arguments, but somehow has been VERY wrong about the bullishness of the past several years. I have no memory of his ever being bullish during this long upward move by the big-cap companies. Don't let him bother you, he's been an excellent contrary indicator - as I guess our friend Thomas was, who has apparently gone back to his hole where he belongs. Enjoy and worry when we reach 300+. - next year?? Rosemary - when will we hear about that secret info you hinted about? Barry PS - I'll be having champagne, of coarse.
