Its relatively simple... we issued a very nice stock dividends to the shareholders, then CVIA holds several million restricted shares of Archival in the CVIA treasury.

I think what you are missing is, you the private shareholder received a nice dividend, we have added to the company book value, (depending on Archivals market cap) as Archival grows so does the CVIA holding value in that stock. (hence CVIA book value) If and when the stock is sold or converted to cash or traded for other assets.

Apx 63% of Archival will be tightly held by CVIA (12%) and Archivals principals (51%) The remaining 37% will be offered for public purchase.

We are looking at diversified holdings... one reason we are pursuing the Texas real estate deal. Stock, income producing real estate, and some other things.
