I myself tried to buy a few thousand shares with a bid in at $.30 from two different accounts.
My order went in at 9:30 am and the stock proceeded to trade more than 62000 shares at $.27. Can someone tell me why I didn't get filled and whether it is illegal for the market maker not to sell me the shares and whether there is anyone I can complain.
