It has to be the higher number because 1 million shares was issued in a 504 in August of 1997. Even if it was 2 million shares it doesn't matter because the majority of them are very tightly held. I would guess that there is only about 300,000 share available to the street. Although at 2 to 3 a share, I am sure there will be plenty. I know I will be selling some there. WHo wouldnt from this level that is a 6 bagger!
