KEY #1 - THE FINANCIALS MUST BE THERE!
If they aren't reported on EDGAR - Don't buy the stock. This is for every company. I don't care who they are. The auditor must also be reputable - not Joe Blow from Virginia.
SYCR has three products in Computer City at Ward Avenue in Honolulu, Hawaii. They have the CD Speedster (only 2 left) for $24.95, the WinKrypt for $54 and MacAccess for $34.95?
If we have them, then everyone will probably have them. The marketing arm is very strong and I have need to revise my 2Q estimate.
Tiger Software also sells the BurnIt program for $29.99 and WinKrypt for $49.99.
I believe the WinKrypt will be a hot seller. I didn't see any competition for the CD Speedster, WinKrypt, MacAccess products. As for Memory enhancers.
The CD Speedster is supposed to increase the speed of a 8X CD drive by 224%. There are two other competitor products listed on the box, but neither matches the performance.
The Memory Enhancement software has about four competitors that I saw. To my amazement, the more memory you have the better the performance of the software. THAT'S A GOOD SIGN! I thought it would be reversed.
QEMM 8, and QuarterDeck are the major competitors. Will SoftRam 3.0 have a following with their software or will people shy away??
All they need is a combined $4,000,000 in sales and the stock deserves to be trading at $5 minimum. $4,000,000 should generate approx. $.16 per share earnings. Remember: THE COMPANY WAS DOING $10+ MILLION WITH SOFTRAM IN ONE QUARTER. They have more products now!
If they do $8 million for Fiscal '97 which ends in Sept 30 '97 - They may report $.28 per share based on 18 million shares.
I have more... but later.
