Thanks, I was looking for something much more complicated <g>...Anyways, I'm sure Terry is watching closely. When I spoke to him last, he was really anxious about pursuing this as a means to control (eliminate) his debt and own the bricks he worked under... Also, 1) Looking forward to an update on Phipps and the TX Real Estate deals. 2) Anything you can say about Rhonda and Gifford? Are they squirming yet? Do they have their checkbooks out or are they gonna to down swingin'...? 3) Is Pat (WOTD) making monthly payments on the loan or was it written up as a balloon payment at maturity? 4) Where is Novice Bob? 5) Have you written yourself up a contract yet? Make sure y'all take time to do that. 6) Are you still in NY/NJ or have you moved to the Corporate Offices in Tulsa? 8) yada, yada, yada...
