I think part of the perceived problem is the travel agency market in general. Travel is going up but the Airlines are going direct and cutting commissions. This combined with other low-margin competitors that work via the web will create pressure on pricing margins for full-service shops. Since FLYR derives most of their revenue from non web based sources this is perceived as a weak point.

FLYR will need to build using their strengths; existing relationships with customers, vendors, etc and develop sticky proprietary web enabled applications the build an integrated value add process.
