the court reporter is back with the update........current, accurate info with no hype the hearing took place and no one from hgrm was there or any appointed attorneys to represent them. there was an attorney there representing another buyer and voxel was aprroved for sale to this private company out of northern california for $5,000,000. the caveat is that this company has not yet sent the $$$$$ but said it would wire the funds on wed to consumate the deal. if the funds do not arrive then voxel is up for sale again. there was no mention of any 100,000 shares to hgrm but that might not have needed to be in the court proceedings...........so, dont count on it. after the hearing i called hgrm and informed them of what had transpired and was told that hgrm was close to raising the $5 million but evidently came up short. hgrm had signed a letter of intent while this other company offerred the $5 million and signed a binding agreement. if the purchased does not perform and send the money then voxel can seek damages against this northern ca. company. hgrm appreciated me calling them and said that the audit just needs to be finalized, directors to review it and then hopefully a press release. i was not given any specific information other than business is strong. so folks, all we ever had was a letter of intent from hgrm and who knows..................we do know that we all own a small holographic company in a booming industry with the expectation of good fundamental revenues and earnings. from this reporters perspective..........dont abandon the ship, the waters might be rough but i really do not see any ice sticking up. best regards
