keeep in mind they are splitting 3 for 1 and restricting the new share. This would mean the price will drop to $10 on the split, 3 times as many shares out, but the same size float. this is my understanding of the situation and could certainly be wrong because i haven't had too much time to look at it yet, homework for tonight.
