Spoke to Joe Calvani(IDMC) today. Currently in final steps concerning contracts within the countries of Germany,Georgia(Russia), and Mexico. Hope to hear the finalization of one or all soon. Due to the registration, permitting process,etc; this is a involved process from what I could gather, especially dealing with foreign entities. The Germany deal negoiations was first annouced months ago, for example. IDMC full-Reporting Nasdaq company with Millions in assets and has traded in the multi-dollar range in the past year,so patience might be in order. Also, it seems like .50 has been the floor for a couple of months now. If one or more of the contracts surface, then the upside potential is there. Asked him his thoughts on the softness in the stock the last quarter and was told the company had done some financial things in August due to the delays and this caused them to be out of favor with the then existing investors. Thought that this was not a factor now. There are NO 504's. You might want to call IDMC to confirm what was told to me. DD
