yes but there are already many mines established that are shut down, which have had tens of millions of dollars put into them just sitting. That means that the value placed on any resource is very much reduced unless you are talking 15 years down the road, a time frame i bet most people playing vancouver stocks aren't willing to take. However the stock still can be in play, but it will have little to do with the fundamentals of the stock.
