I really believe this quote from their press release is misleading: "Based on fourth quarter sales, Amazon.com has achieved a $1 billion annualized sales level three and one-half years after opening for business." I don't think it is reasonable to extrapolate the rest of the year from the seasonally strong 4th quarter! I don't think this is an ethical statement for a public company to make. JMO. Alan
